Shipping Policy

Kaveri Bhopal ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.kaverishop.com) ("Website"). We are engaged in providing designer lehengas, sarees, and dresses. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

 

3.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.

 

3.3 Change Of Delivery Address

Orders placed before 1900 hrs will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.

Our store operates from Monday - Sunday during standard business hours, except on Tuesdays and national holidays at which time the store will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

3.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.5 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

 

3.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

 

4. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

 

5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.

 

6. Duties & Taxes

6.1 GST

GST has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

 

6.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country

7. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

 

8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). In all other cases, no replacement is available.

 

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer. However, Kaveri Bhopal reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.

 

Exchange is allowed with the same value products.

 

Return Intimation: You can either call our Support Number 07554928211 or Email Us at kamaljeetjoshi@gmail.com within 15 days from the date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with Customer care via email.

 

Guidelines for a valid return:

Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition

Tags should be retained and returned

 

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer.

 

Cancellation Policy

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Refund Policy

Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.

 

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways, and external couriers (for cheques).

 

Mode of Refund

For both canceled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. 

 

We require product images and tags in the below-mentioned cases:

 

A defective product received – Only product image required.

Wrong product received – Both product & Tag images required.

The wrong size received - Both product & Tag images required.

Incomplete order received – Only Tag image is required.
